Convenient location with easy access to Disney parks and shopping venues. Free bus transportation to all Disney parks, making it easy to get around.- Friendly and helpful staff who answered all my questions.
The hotel could be crowded, especially during meal times and bus transportation, due to large groups of students staying. Some areas of the hotel, such as the rooms, could use renovations and updates to give a more modern and colorful feel.

For short-orders there was Intermission Food Court, we found it close by. Special note of thanks to driver. Nice place to stay in Lake Buena Vista, nothing to complain about. Just a short distance to Sorcerer Mickey Mouse.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The pools were a hit with our kids, open long hours for much-needed relaxation after a day at the parks. The friendly staff went above and beyond, even surprising our son with cookies. The food options were plentiful and we particularly loved the Mickey waffles.
No improvements needed, everything was more than satisfactory.

The value for money is unbeatable, especially for a New Year's hotel stay. The food court provided plenty of options at acceptable prices and the swimming pools were clean and spacious. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was small and could use a refurbishment, but for the price, it was understandable. The waiting times for the bus service could have been shorter, but again, it was a busy New Year's period.

This hotel is a great value for money, especially for families with smaller kids. The rooms may be a bit outdated, but they have all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The location in the area is convenient, allowing for easy access to nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast options, which were delicious and satisfying.
One minor improvement could be made in terms of room updates.
